Riverbed Releases SteelCentral UCExpert 5.0
Riverbed Technology has this week unveiled the latest version of its unified communications (UC) performance management solution.
Riverbed, a leader in application performance infrastructure , has announced that it has released version 5.0 of its SteelCentral UCExpert. The upgrade will have added support for Avaya UC solutions as well as ensuring the optimum performance of business-critical VoIP communications.
The new release from Riverbed is designed to identify problems within a UC environment before they affect the end user. By taking a proactive approach to managing the environment, customers can reduce downtime.
The company added that it remains the only vendor that supports the entire UC lifecycle for both Cisco and Avaya deployments with automated testing using actual phones, configuration management and remote troubleshooting without end-user involvement.
